Rob Copeland is a Southeast Texas based, multi-instrumentalist Singer/Songwriter. He began performing along the Gulf Coast (and beyond) at an early age. Barely in his twenties, Rob moved to New York City. There, he honed his performance and songwriting skills at legendary venues such as The Bitter End. He became a member NY Songwriters, a collective of musicians in the greater NYC area. He later took his eclectic repertoire of original and fresh takes of cover songs on the road, and has been featured in songwriter sessions all over the country. Since his return to Texas in 2012, Rob has become a integral part of the regional music scene. In 2015 Rob partnered with veteran journeyman bassist Danny Broussard, nationally recognized guitarist John Jagneaux, vocalist Kaylee Dickens, and percussionist Tobi McKinley to form Rob Copeland and The Outsiders. Since their inception, Rob Copeland and The Outsiders have performed for a ever widening range of enthusiastic audiences (including Pinnacle Entertainment , Landry’s Inc, Spectra Experiences and various independently owned venues) across Texas and Louisiana.
