Sydney outfit 'Australia', create dark but danceable pop music reminiscent of the new wave from both our own shores and abroad, with the added edge of modern production and an intangible but distinct character defined by their home and namesake. Their forthcoming debut record was conceived over ten days in a small house on the South Coast of NSW by Guy Fenech, Oliver Marlan and Nick Franklin. The result is a natural progression of their evocative and expansive sound, evolving into a world of pop sensibilities and possibilities.
