Christine Van Osdol is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy who believes in the therapeutic qualities of nature. It is her desire to utilize multi-sensory and mindfulness strategies to ease the listener away from the worries of their day, while also easing towards relaxation, a calm mind and a peaceful spirit. Sensory imagery and sounds also help to decrease the affect of stressors and anxieties at bed time, while also providing spiritual healing, wisdom and encouragement to do God's work.
