Be Still….. Meditation for Recovery Directions: Find a quiet place. Get comfortable (lying or sitting down) and if possible, listen with head phones. Recommendations: Use as directed to reduce stress, release tension in your body as you clear your mind to deepen the Spiritual aspects of your recovery as you connect to your Higher Power (God of your understanding). Suggested dosage: At least 10-35 minutes daily or as often as needed. Active ingredient: A soothing voice with guided instructions. Mixed with light acoustic and keyboard music, topped with relaxing water affects. Caution: May cause serenity.
