Two Feet，原名Zachary William“Bill”Dess，1993年6月21日出生于美国纽约州曼哈顿，以他的舞台名称Two Feet而闻名，是纽约市的美国歌手，词曲作者和制片人。在形成Two Feet之前，Dess在爵士和蓝调乐团中演奏。在他的单曲“Go **** Yourself”在网上广为流传后，他与Republic Records签约。达到美国billboard歌曲排行榜第36名。他的下一首单曲《I Feel Like I'm Drowning》，在2018年的另类歌曲排行榜上名列第一。2018年10月5日，Two Feet发行了他的第一张个人录音室专辑《A 20 Something ****》。
