Jazz tech makes an explosive return at 3rd Abstract Records with this stellar release from label veteran Alex Modigliani. The modern Neapolitan influence makes its comeback with a generous blend of aggresive rhythm and soothing melody to create a well moulded release. Title track Decompressed takes charge from the outset with some excellently crafted movements complimented well by supporting track Clelia. Both tracks jostle for position in the listeners memory paying tribute to Modigliani's EP. This excellent release marks the beginnings of a new wave of 3rd Abstract Artists and things couldn't be more exciting.
