Ottiki&Charlotte a.k.a. CIO is an Experimental Electrical Music group formed in 2012. The group is based in Tokyo, Japan and has been releasing various different styles of sounds. Ottiki is well known for his work in a label "Kusemono Records" based in Kyoto Japan. His experimental Drum&Bass style with crazy tweaking bass has some of the core-est fans in Japan. Charlotte is well known for her borderless composition skills with some of the unthinkable melody-lines that shakes the audience wanting more. And she likes strawberry cakes. The group makes some of the famous genres that are taking out the world like Electro, Electro-Breaks, Drum&Bass, Drumstep, Dubstep. One of the famous known songs by written by Ottiki&Charlotte is Dialing Paranoia with featuring the vocalist "IA" which has over 300,000 views on Youtube. The group also has released their first album "The First" which sold out on the day it was released. The album includes some of the hip tracks such as "Black Lotus" "Carry me away" and the famous "Dialing Paranoia" as well.
